Tee Time Detail

All players must check in at the Pro Shop and be ready to play no later than 20 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. Groups booking fewer than four players should expect to be paired to form a foursome. Proper golf attire is required at all times while on the property. Personal coolers are strictly prohibited. All reservations are secured with a credit card.

Tee Time & Cancellation Policy:

To ensure all members and guests have the best opportunity to enjoy the course, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation and modification policy:

• Must be cancelled or modified by calling the Golf Shop directly at least 24 hours in advance. 843-349-6600

No-Shows & Late Cancellations:

• Failure to modify a reservation within this window will result in a charge to the card on file for the full rate of the booked time, plus applicable taxes.
• For reservations made within 24 hours of play, any adjustments remain at the sole discretion of Management.

Inclement Weather:

• If the course is open and playable, cancellation fees remain in effect regardless of the weather.
• Penalties are only waived in the event of a formal course closure due to unsafe conditions.

Booking Responsibility:

• The individual booking the tee time is responsible for communicating this policy to their group and assumes all liability for potential cancellation or no-show fees.
• This policy is strictly enforced.
